TERMS OF PURCHASE
The customer acknowledges knowing at the time of placing the order the particular conditions of sale as stated on the screen (price, weight, quantity, product information, etc.) and expressly accepts them without reservation. The placement and confirmation of the order by the customer indicates the customer’s full and complete acceptance of the specific terms of sale, only applicable to the order.
The customer begins the order by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. The order is added to a total that includes all articles confirmed by the customer, in addition to shipping and VAT. The order takes place after the customer clicks on “Proceed to Checkout” and, finally, makes the payment. LAM WORLD does not begin the shipping process until the confirmation of payment.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the packages arrival. Returned items must be in new condition and not worn nor washed. Items must be sent back to the return shipping address on the package label. All returns must include a note that states clearly the order number (found on the invoice that was emailed to the customer when the order was placed) and the requested action, refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for demonstrating that the items have been returned, so LAM WORLD recommends that returns are sent through a system that certifies their delivery.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, and under no circumstances will LAM WORLD accept returns sent through a collect-on-delivery shipping option. If the customer’s return does not meet the stipulated terms, the customer will not be entitled to any refund, and the products will be returned at the expense of the customer. Returned products must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right not to accept products that belong to a single order which are returned and delivered at different times. Once LAM WORLD ensures that the returned products meet all specifications of the Return Policy, LAM WORLD will send the customer an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted. Whatever the payment system used by the customer, the refund will be made as quickly as possible but always within a period of 15 days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse.
Under no circumstances will we reimburse shipping costs. To make a return the customer must send the product to the following address:

In the case that payment has been made by bank transfer, the customer must include in the return form a bank account number where LAM WORLD can deposit the amount of the return.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a defective product or an incorrect order, he or she should contact LAM WORLD immediately, within a period of 24 hours, at [email protected] with his or her personal data and a description of the error or defect. In the case of problems with packaging, the customer should inform the delivery company at the time of receipt of order by describing the issue on the delivery receipt or electronic tablet of the courier. Amounts paid for products that are returned because of any fault or defect, where one really exists, will be refunded in full, including the costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs incurred to return it to LAM WORLD. The refund will be made through the same method that was used to make the purchase.
